About Us
The Motts have owned and operated apartment buildings in the Capitol Hill and Queen Anne neighborhoods of Seattle since 1984. As far as we know, we're Seattle's first carbon-neutral housing provider. We are proud to steward a portion of this beautiful city.
Sustainability
Since 2018 we have partnered with Forterra and the Great Peninsula Conservancy to offset our carbon emissions through native tree plantings.
Family
We are one of Seattle's remaining family-owned housing providers. We live in the same communities where we provide housing.
Community
Our residents are our clients. Their wellbeing is our primary concern.
